UW Fond-Du-Lac

The Assistant Campus Dean for Administrative Services is an academic professional who serves the campus as chief business and administrative officer and as a member of the campus leadership team. The Assistant Campus Dean provides vision, leadership and direction for management of finances, grounds and facilities, procurement, safety and risk management, and personnel. This person supervises maintenance, business office staff, and auxiliary and support services and reports directly to the Campus Executive Officer/ Dean.

Qualifications

A master's degree in business or related discipline is required and five years of management/supervisory experience (higher education preferred), as is knowledge of budget development and fiscal management, facilities planning, and personnel management. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and management skills and the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, staff, and community. Experience working with community and local government, and understanding of how to accomplish tasks within an extensive public system, are desired. Candidates must also have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

The Campus

The UW-Fond du Lac campus is located in eastern Wisconsin about an hour north of the Milwaukee metro area with convenient access to Chicago and Green Bay. The campus is located on 183 acres of prime natural and maintained land on the outskirts of the city of Fond du Lac, a population of about 45,000 people. UW-Fond du Lac is primarily a commuter campus with an enrollment of approximately 750 students coming from a radius of 50 miles. Salary

Salary range is $63,483 – $67,755. An excellent benefits package is included (http://www.uwsa.edu/hr/benefits/).
