The University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan seeks instructional academic staff for the 2009-2010 academic year for the following classes:
- Chinese
Fall Semester: CHI 101 First Semester Chinese 4 credits
TTh 6:00 7:50 PM
Elementary modern Mandarin for students with no previous experience in the language. Emphasis on listening and speaking, with some reading and writing. Focus on Chinese culture throughout the course. HU
Spring Semester: CHI 105 Second Semester Chinese 4 credits
TTh 6:00 7:50 PM
Continuation of CHI 101, elementary modern Mandarin. Prereq: CHI 101 HU
Qualifications:
MA in Chinese and some experience in teaching at a university level. Native or near native fluency, and familiarity with the culture is desired.
