Katie is an English professor at UW-Marshfield/Wood County where she teaches composition, literature and creative writing. When shes not in the classroom, you can find Katie in her office, chatting with students and fielding questions from her advisees.
Katie is a former UW-Baraboo/Sauk County student. Katie and her husband spend a great deal of time reading to their daughter, Hadley, who is a great fan of Each Peach Pear Plum and Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What do you See? Besides reading, Katie enjoys baking, gardening, and listening to NPR pod casts.
