UWC Online course tuition, fees, payment requirements, and registration schedules differ from those at all other UWC campuses listed below. Check www.online.uwc.edu for UWC Online deadlines.

Financial aid funds are credited to your account on Tuesday, February 7 for Spring 2012. Checks are mailed on Tuesday, February 7, 2012. If you applied, were offered, and accepted aid prior to the start of school, your aid will normally be available in this time frame.

PRISM Hours

PRISM is available from 6:00 am -12 midnight daily.

Exceptions

The PRISM system will be off-line during the following times:

• Every Monday morning from 8:00 a.m. until 8:15 a.m.

• Every Wednesday morning from 5:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m.
