Click on Self Service --> Advisement --> View Advisee's Information

View My Advisees Information:

• Student ID
• Name
• Student Details — use drop down menu and click arrow to the right to view the following information:
  • Academic Information — Academic Program including major
  • Address — current address
  • Class Schedule — select term and view schedules
  • Degree Progress — click "Go" to view academic advisement transcript
  • Emergency Contact
  • Enrollment Appointments — select term and view day and time of appointment
  • Grades — select term to view grade reports
  • Telephone — view telephone contact numbergs
  • To Do List — indicates items placed by Student Services or Administrative services with details
  • Transfer Credit Report — indicates any transfer credits on file
  • Unofficial Transcript — click "Go" to view unofficial transcript
