Viewing Grades
Sign into PRISM
- Self Service > Student Center.
- Under the Academics Section, click on the view my grades link.
- Select the term you wish to view.
- Click the continue button.
- If you wish to Print your grades, there is a Printer Friendly Page option available at the bottom of the page.
Notables
- If a class does not show a grade, grades may not have been posted yet.
- If you feel there is an error with your grade, please contact your instructor.
- Be sure to sign out of PRISM to end your session.
Degree Programs
Click on Self Service --> Student Center --> My Academics
View Advisement Report
- Click View my advisement report
- Academic Institution is "UW Colleges" (default)
- Report Type is "Academic Advisement Transcript" (default)
- Click "Go" to see report
- Academic Advisement Report is displayed.
What If Reports
Quick What If Report — View how your coursework would apply to a different academic program, plan or subplan.
Course LIst What-If Report: View how courses which you have not yet taken may apply towards your current academic program.
- Click "Course List What-If"
- Subject — enter three digit subject code or use magnifying glass to look up subject
- Click "Search" — shows a list of courses in the subject that would apply
- Click on specific course to enter into analysis
- Click "OK"
- Academic Advisement Transcript is displayed
Note: Academic Advisement Report is an unofficial transcript. - Click "Return" to return to previous page.
- Click — View A Report That You Had Previously Requested to see previous reports
Unofficial Transcripts
Sign into PRISM
- Self Service > Student Center.
- Under the Academics section, click on the My Academics link.
- Click on the View my unofficial transcript link.
- Select UW Colleges from the Academic Institution dropdown menu.
- Select Unofficial transcript from the Report Type dropdown menu.
- Click the View Report button.
- On the View Unofficial Transcript page, select the View Report button that is located next to today's request date.
- To print your Unofficial Transcript, use the print icon in your tool bar, The Print function from your file menu, or press Ctrl + P.
Notables
- Please be advised that an Unofficial Transcript may not have updated Academic Standing or GPA information. For guaranteed accuracy, please request an Official copy of your transcript.
- If a class does not yet show a grade, then the instructor has not yet posted the grade.
- The return option, which is located at the top and bottom of the unofficial transcript, will take you back to the View Unofficial Transcript page.
- Previously requested reports can be viewed by selecting the View a Report That You Had Previously Requested button.
- Be sure to sign out of PRISM to end your session.
Viewing My Transfer Credit Report
Your Transfer Credit Report displays all of the courses that you have transferred in from other institutions. In this report you will find information on the classes that have been accepted, what classes they transferred in as, and how many credits transferred in.
Sign into PRISM

Self Service > Student Center.

Under the Academics section click on the My Academics link.

Click on the View my transfer credit report link.
Notables
- The Test Credits section shows credits earned from Advanced Placement test and CLEP (College Level Examination Program) exam scores.
- The Other credits section contains credits received from the Military and retro credits.

Viewing My Enrollment Verification
The National Student Clearinghouse provides a variety of services such as proof of enrollment, student loan deferment information for loan holders, and other information about your student loans.
Sign into PRISM

Self Service > Student Center.

Under the Academics section click on the Enrollment Verification link.

Click on the National Student Clearing House link.
Notables
- Proof of Enrollment may be necessary for your health insurance company or any other company that requests proof of enrollment.
- Periodically, your enrollment status (full or part time) is provided to loan holders for deferment purposes. You can view a listing of these requests by clicking on the Student loan deferment notifications link.
- To view specific information about your student loans, such as the Loan Holder, their website, and customer service number, click on the word view that precedes specific information about my student loans.
