Log in to PRISM
Click on Self Service --> Student Center --> My Class Schedule --> Swap tab

View Degree Progress Report

1. Academic Institution — defaults to UW Colleges
2. Report Type — defaults to Academic Advisement Transcript
3. Click "Go" to see report
4. Academic Advisement Report is displayed.

What If Reports

Quick What If Report — View how your coursework would apply to a different academic program, plan or subplan.

Course LIst What-If Report: View how courses which you have not yet taken may apply towards your current academic program.

1. Click "Course List What-If"
2. Subject — enter three digit subject code or use magnifying glass to look up subject
3. Click "Search" — shows a list of courses in the subject that would apply
4. Click on specific course to enter into analysis
5. Click "OK"
6. Academic Advisement Transcript is displayed
   Note: Academic Advisement Report is an unofficial transcript.
7. Click "Return" to return to previous page.
8. Click — View A Report That You Had Previously Requested to see previous reports
