Although you may be able to view your grades online, this does not mean GPA and academic standing have been posted to your transcript. Transcripts
An official UW Colleges transcript is a complete record of a student's enrollment at any of the 13 UW Colleges 2-year campuses (UW-Baraboo/Sauk County, UW-Barron County, UW-Fond du Lac, UW-Fox Valley, UW-Manitowoc, UW-Marathon County, UW-Marinette, UW-Marshfield/Wood County, UW-Richland, UW-Rock County, UW-Sheboygan, UW-Washington County and UW-Waukesha) and UW Colleges Online. The student's record is confidential and is not released from UW Colleges except by authorization from the student.
Records of enrollment at more than one UW Colleges campus are combined on ONE transcript. Also, you do not need to request a transcript to be sent to another 2-year campus within UW Colleges. For example, you do not need to order your UW Fox Valley transcript to be sent to UW Online.
If there is a hold on a student's record or any outstanding obligation with UW Colleges (such as unpaid fees), the official transcript will not be released until the hold or obligation is resolved.
